Lord Spencer of Alresford is Chairman of the Board of Directors of DDCAP and also holds the position of Non-Executive Chairman at our subsidiaries DDGI Limited and DD&Co Limited.
Lord Spencer was founder and former CEO of ICAP plc and NEX Group plc and is a leading business figure in the City of London. He is also the Chairman of IPGL, DDCAP’s controlling shareholder since 2006.
